After all of the bad weather we have had in Birmingham, it was nice to see a day where we were above freezing. the weather was a nice and there was a high of 64 degrees. By today, all of the snow had melted and the roads were completely clear. I almost wanted to turn the air conditioning on but then I remembered that it was only the second day of February!

Today, Maria and I did a lot of preparation for the Superbowl. One of her friends was having a party so we had a lot of stops to make. The first stop was by a local gas station to get her car washed because the weather was so nice today and birds decided to take advantage of the nice weather on her car. At the gas station, we went through the car wash to get rid of the evidence from the birds. Next, we made a stop at Walmart and got turkey meatballs for a Superbowl Party. The party was in Vestavia Hills and by the time we got ready to drive there, it started raining but thankfully it didn't last long. The game was very exciting. Both teams played their hardest but in the end, the Seattle Seahawks came out victorious!
